Package Description

1. Customization Policy: All itineraries can be modified as per guest requirements, except Fixed Departure tours.
2. Written Communication Only: Guests are requested to keep all discussions and confirmations in written form. Verbal discussions will not be considered for any changes or commitments.
3.Tour Personalization: Packages offered by Sharanya Tours may be tailored according to the guest’s preferences, wherever feasible.
4. Itinerary Changes (If Required): To maintain smooth operations, Sharanya Tours may make necessary adjustments in the tour plan due to circumstances beyond control such as natural events, technical issues, sudden service disruptions, government regulations/policies, or similar situations.
5. Booking Confirmation: A package will be treated as confirmed only after the advance payment is received by Sharanya Tours.
6. DND Packages (Date Not Decided): For DND bookings, travel dates must be finalized within 3 months from the invoice date.
7. Delay Impact: Any delay in confirmations/approvals may result in service inconvenience (availability, price change, or scheduling challenges).
8. Complimentary Upgrades/Offers: To enhance guest experience, Sharanya Tours may provide special offers such as upgrades in hotel, room category, or vehicle type at no extra cost. Such upgrades, if available, will be communicated before or during the trip.
1. Any cancellation request must be shared in writing only.
2. The token/booking amount is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. If a cancellation is done 15 days before the travel date, cancellation fees will be applicable.
4. The cancellation deduction may range between 25% to 50% of the total package value, depending on the case.
5. For cancellations made within 15 days of the travel date or in no-show situations, 100% charges will be applied (no refund).
6. No refund will be provided for any unutilized or missed services, including flights, trains, hotel stay, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits, or any other services arranged by Sharanya Tours.
7. Sharanya Tours reserves the right to cancel the invoice/booking if the advance payment is not sufficient, i.e., 50% of the total tour cost is not received.
8. If any guest is found or suspected to be involved in illegal activities or violent/misbehaviour, Sharanya Tours may discontinue services immediately and hold/forfeit any refundable amount as per policy.
